We may from time-to-time make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with Global Travel Express, Inc., such as the following:

  • Various affiliates of Global Travel Express, Inc., which means our current airline consolidators. It also includes such other affiliates as we may add in the future;
  • Airlines or other Service Providers such as Tour Companies, Cruise Companies, Car Rental or Hotels through which you have arranged travel, but only the personal information that is needed for successful access to or processing of your travel arrangements;
  • Service providers we use to support our business who provide services such as information processing, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys, including service providers who offer applications which may be of interest to Airline customers through our airlines consolidators’ CRM.

In the event of merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets, in which case personal data we hold about our customers will be among the assets transferred to the buyer.

If we engage a third party to process an individual’s personal data on our behalf, that third party will be bound by our data privacy policies or have similar contractual obligations in relation to the storage and processing of your personal information.

  • Enforce or apply our terms of use and any other agreements;

Student Fares

Eligible passengers:  Passengers must be current students age 25 years or younger.  The airline may ask for proof of student eligibility. Passenger will be required to show valid student id.  Passengers not in possession of such documentation will be denied boarding or required to pay the full fare for the flight. If the students are traveling with passengers who do not qualify for the student fare, they must be booked separately.

 TSA Policy

The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) handles all security watch-list screenings for airlines.  Secure The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) handles all security watch-list screenings for airlines.  Secure Flight is a program implemented to provide uniform watch-list matching in order to enhance security of air travel. As a result, passengers are required to provide the following information for every flight. This data will be transmitted to TSA, who will then perform watch-list matching to prevent individuals on the No Fly List from boarding an aircraft, and also to identify individuals on the Selectee List for enhanced screening. By implementing a central watch-list matching system, the program gives a fair and consistent matching process across all airlines and reduces the chance of being misidentified. The program also offers an improved redress process so that those who are mistakenly matched to the watch-list can avoid subsequent problems.

  • Full name as it appears on passenger’s government-issued ID
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Redress Number (if applicable)
  • Known Traveler Number (if applicable)

Failure to provide this information may result in the airline cancelling your ticket.

 Travel Documents

Each passenger traveling internationally is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents for departure and re-entry. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact our reservations staff, and they will gladly help you.

Proof of Affiliation

Airline Requirements:Airlines at any point may ask you to present proof of your affiliation to a humanitarian or religious non-profit at the airport.

It is extremely important for you to have this when you arrive at the airport. If you do not the airline can refuse you passage with no refund.

Any of the examples below are acceptable forms of proof:

  • Your Non-profit Business Card
  • A letter from a Non-profit
  • An E-mail from a Non-profit

Missionary Eligibility:

Passengers must be able to provide at any time of their journey non-profit identification id/or original certificate of a missionary church or organization on original letterhead of the missionary church organization.

Any passenger traveling with this fare must be compliant with the eligibility and must be able to produce one of the documents previously specified at any time upon request. If not, a fare adjustment will be applied. Eligibility produced after the fact will not be accepted.

Family members/children less than 12 years of age or less than 18 years of age, if dependents, traveling with members/employees must provide a family registration book or any other official documentation.

Humanitarian – NGO Eligibility:

Passengers must be able to provide at any time of their journey non-profit identification id/or original certificate of membership of an NGO or original letter of mission on letterhead of the not for profit.

Any passenger traveling with this fare must be compliant with the eligibility and must be able to produce one of the documents previously specified at any time upon request. If not, a fare adjustment will be applied. Eligibility produced after the fact will not be accepted.

Family members/children less than 12 years of age or less than 18 years of age, if dependents, traveling with members/employees must provide a family registration book or any other official documentation.
